We now have an exciting new opening available for an ambitious and motivated Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with a set of commercial clients. Reporting to the Regional Executive, you will be tasked with ensuring the growth and retention of clients by developing partnerships and managing appropriate risk exposure. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to continuously develop and execute effective strategies that focus on both growing the portfolio and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate:
• A proven track record in building strong client relationships within Commercial Banking
• Strong understanding and experience in a cash flow lending environment
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporation (background of sound business lending)
• Commitment to building partnerships and delivering value to your clients
• Ability to work effectively in a high energy team environment
• Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications
